Hello @JamesHawkins.Never used DLR, but I know REP does disable the STP.Did some research and seems you need to manually disable the STP when using DLR, either on the specific port or entire switch.

@RicardoR One finding, in my case the Gi1/0/15 and Gi1/0/16 had a L2 loop, that's why the xFSU was complaining, please check yours, do a show cdp/lldp neighbors.After shutting down those ports the switch became eligible
