Just today discovered on a Cisco ATA-192 ptime value is adjusted by the RTP Packet Size value. By default this is set to 0.030. Changing it to 0.020 will correct the error.
Incase anyone else comes across this with a simular issue the problem turned out to be our SIP provide requires the ptime to be 20 and the default setting in the ATA-192 is 30. Took a bit to find the setting that matched this, it was RTP Packet Size....

No...The red uplink doesn't exist...It's an IP link point to point and it's the only link between swtich 4 and the rest of the network. It's not excatly wifi either, as it's a licensed 15Ghz link but same idea in the end... That bridge is my uplink. ...
