Hi all
We have several SX10 endpoints registered to CUCM. External calling is through Expressway (C and E).
I'm able to make SIP calls like room@domain and also H323 calls with IP. But I have been looking for solution to call Polycom RMX 2000 system.
I have tried several options.
* Calling out with number@ip and make a transform in VCS-E and search rule will route this Traversal Zone.
* Calling out with ip*number@external and make also transform and search rule in VCS-E
There is no way to route "ip##room_number" out.
When I locate the number i get different errors like:
Does anyone have experience with that and can help me out?

The ip##room format is a non-standard Polycom specific format and not supported by many other vendors.
You will need to change the format of what is dialled to room@ip.
This has been discussed on many occasions before in these forums. Here's one thread where I provided a similar answer: https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/telepresence/how-to-call-dx80-ce9-to-a-room-in-polycom-rmx/td-p/3394097
