I have a client that wants to utilize an old telco feature. I remember it to be called "Hook flash release" Basically when a party calls in they wish to transfer that call to a cell phone and free up their line for additional incoming calls. I have contacted their telco that installed the ATA and they are no help. Does this feature exist within the ATA or their server, if so can someone direct me to the information on activating this feature so I can provide it to the their telco.
