Hi All,
Just a strange issue with one of our Cisco SPA525G2 phones, the handsets buttons are completely unresponsive and don’t work at all which i only noticed when we werent able to dial a number. When a call comes through you are still able to pick it up via handset and answer etc though not able to put it on hold or transfer or put it on speakers. No buttons work at all which means i can’t even get into the menu to reset factory settings. Phone is also on the lastest firmware 7.6.2SR5 and have even gone back a few versisons just in case. Searched through google as well though all sugguestions point to factory reset which cant be done.
The only thing which im still able to do is get into the web gui admin page.
Any sugguestions to try would be appriciated!
