We have a system of 502g and 504g phones. Most of the time when dialing an internal extension the wrong name shows on the receiving end. I have looked high and low and cannot figure out what field to adjust to make this right. We are with a new provider so all phones have been reset to default and there are no directories listed.
I can get to the GUI but have no idea what to look for.

You didn’t specify what platform the phones are registered to, but this sort of thing is typically configured within the call control agent, not the phone itself.

Phones are with Nextiva. I hope that is what you are asking. My first foray into this technology. When I called them they were useless. So I reached out to this community. I am open to any suggestions on what to tell them. Outbound calls have the write caller ID. per our locations. And a few internal phones display correctly. I could not find any differences between a phone that worked and one that does not in the GUI
