Need to confirm whether cisco support telepresence Cisco SX 20 devices

User reported one of the SX 20 device went into maintenance mode .As Initial troubleshooting we restart device multiple times ,rest from CUCM end and done factory reset still device not looks good. Showing Maintenance mode only. When i am trying to raise case with Cisco the serial number doesn't covered under your service. Please let me know we had a contract with SX20 devices .Give us suggestion on this.
