Request SPA504G 7.6.2SR7 firmware EXE file

Hello.

Looking to update a SPA504G's firmware.  However there is no EXE file in the download package like prior releases.

Can Cisco provide a tool to install the BIN file since the client does not use provisioning on their SPA504G devices.

Provisioning maintains the phone configuration, it doesn't upgrade firmware. So it's irrelevant the client is not using the provisionig.

Just configure "Upgrade Rule" to contain a URL where the .bin file can be fetched by phone.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I finally got around to doing it via a http server just over a week ago.  It was not hard, but for some reason call encryption no longer works.  I ended up downgrading to version E so encryption would work.
