Hi,
I have some IP Phone 12 SP+ configure with Cisco Callmanager the version 3.3 2 Sp (B). My Problem it presents as the following:
The IP Phone (12 SP+) receives a call, when the user pick up a phone to answer the only thing which he can hear its a ring (no conversation can be establish, he hears only a ring).
I have this problem only with Cisco 12 SP+ IP Phone Model.
