Out of the box I plugged the phone in and it immediately went to upgrading(no registration first).
Of course it failed. I did a “debug tftp events” and saw it was looking for “SCCP11.8-3-3SR2S.loads”. I downloaded the files for that and put them on the system. Now it appears to successfully down load them but the restarts when programming the flash with apps11.8-3-3ES2.sbn. It then of course starts the whole process over. I tried a factory reset, no change. I tried a few different loads by renaming the .loads file to match “SCCP11.8-3-3SR2S.loads” but that just gives an auth fail error. Has anyone see this before?
