7975 and 8851 phones ring out loud when on a call.

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. I'm new. I just want to know what setting to change if someone is telling me their 7975 and 8851 phones ring when already on a call. I checked line 1 and it shows flash only when phone is active.

Hi, very strange behaviour.
Check if there is only one extension configured on this phone and try to disable call waiting or set the busy state on 1 call.
