Busy Signal Issue.

Busy signal when people call his number externally - Bob Jones.

Placed user on hold and tried to call his number however it never went through and waited a good 20-30 sec each time.

There are about 400 reasons for this. Please specify the call flow in terms of types of equipment, phone, versions, and protocols involved. Pertinent debugs (debug voip ccapi inout, h323/sip debugs) will be able to narrow down the possibilities.
