CAD going from ready to reserve for no known reason

I am running IPCC express 4.0 (5) at a call center. For no known reason one of my Desk Top agents go from ready to reserve. This is driving me nuts! Anyone seen this?

This is due to the presence of the bug " CSCsc97638 ".

If the agent transfer script translation routes all calls to IVR, then inserting an LAA node prior to the translation route will prevent the condition from occurring in cases where agents are available.

The bug you quote is for IPCC Enterprise. The posting is for an Express issue. Is there a relationship here we're missing?
