Call manager differentiating between internal calls and external calls

Hi

I am running call manager version 6.1.4

I have a small issue where when users call intenal range of numbers using the full prefix including country code, call manager routes it outside and then back into the network.

E.g calling an internal extension of 333 , users dial the full telephone number i.e 0 0113 145333  rather than just calling 333. the first 0 is for an outside line the call manager routes it externally and then back in again.

How do i stop this from happening and tell the call manager that rather than routing it out to external, route it internal on the network.

Hi Manish..

Is that when you dial the whole number goes out to your Gateway to PSTN and PSTN routes the call again to you ??

Do you have a set of DID's from your PSTN Carrier??

If the above two are yes you can achieve it by adding a Translation Pattern.

Also why an Internal user will dial 0&CountryCode to reach Internal Extensions ??
