Hi all,
I got a customer with CUCME 7.1. Couple of phones are assigned to the same pickup group.
When an incoming call is ringing, it can not be picked up (gpick-up/pick-up) with a line that has a "call-forward all" entry.
I got the message on the phone display "Softkey not active-cfwdall".
It's a CUCME "feature" or can it be configured to get a pic-up with a forwarded line?
