can SIP server send calls to PGW200 in call mode ( sip )

i want my sip server to send calls to PGW200 , so all my sip clients connected to sip server can send calls to PGW2200.

Yes. Create a SIP trunk from your SIP server to the PGW. Likewise, create a SIP_IN (sip inbound trunk) and a IP_SIP outbound trunk to your sip server.

Do you mean to say that for receiving SIP inbound calls on PGW, SIP_IN needs to be defined? Rest of the commands will be only for making routing decision like number manipulation etc?
