Cisco 2801 - No Such Object available on this agent at this OID

Hi all,

I'm having trouble to get some SNMP info about the total SIP calls out of my Cisco 2801. Here are some details:

  • Cisco 2801;
  • IOS: c2801-ipvoicek9-mz.124-13b.bin;

The OID I need should be available in the CISCO-VOICE-DIAL-CONTROL-MIB held by the IOS:

But when I do an SNMPwalk from our Cacti machine I get the following error:

  • [root@cacti ~]# snmpwalk -v2c -c callservices 10.81.208.4 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.3.8.1.1.2.2

        CISCO-SMI::ciscoMgmt.63.1.3.8.1.1.2.2 = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID

Can someone please help?

Kind regards,

Paul van den IJssel

Try updating IOS.

If still trouble, complain to Cisco.
