I have a Cisco 2821 Router showing the following errors:

Also, in the Show Controllers E1 appears 104 slip secs and 104 errored secs.
The IOS version of the router is
(C2800NM-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(3h)
What can i do to resolve this issue?
