Cisco 8851 Help

I just purchased a new 8851 IP Phone with hopes to use it with a 3rd party IP phone service (SIP)

I am unable to login to the web interface for configuration (I believe its turned off by default)

After many hours on google I have been unable to find a method to turn web access on without being connected to a server (which I don't have)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

To get a phone working with non-Cisco call manager, you'll need the following: 

1.  TFTP server; 

2.  DHCP Option 150;

3.  Phone firmware (SIP); 

4.  SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml; and

5.  dialplan.xml

Known working SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml files for 8861 & 9971 attached below.
