I have a very old Cisco IAD2431 running 12.4(24)T10 code. This IAD has been running for many years without any issues. The problem is that we are moving our internal VoIP system to the cloud. Right not the SIP dialogs are happening through the fast ethernet interface which is on the LAN side. I have created a loopback interface with the public IP address and cant seem to figure out how to tell the IAD that for any SIP traffic use the loopback instead of the fast ethernet connection. SIP dialogs are going out to the VoIP provider with the private IP and therefore being dropped. We need to have all SIP traffic use the loopback interface to go out, so that it will reflect the Public IP.
Any idea on how to get this to work?
