I recently changed my password and was prompted by Cisco Jabber to re-enter my new password. I entered the new password and proceed to call.
However halfway during the call, I got another prompt to re-log in again. After I logged back in, my call history disappeared. Will my recorded call be sent to the central database?
It is after office hours and I need to record a call. I can’t sleep if I don’t know the answer or have to wait till tomorrow to know if the call got recorded. Hope to get an answer
