Clear the counters in the interfaces

#Clear counters

See which errors are increasing

#sh controller e1 1/0

The cause may be circuit problems.

Contact the circuit provider (telco?)

Hi,

Receiving the RAI means (Remote Alarm Indication) and basically hte remote is sending this signal when it has no signal from your side.

You should check the TX path from your CISCO equipment.

Good luck
