FXS Port can be back to back connect

Hi I have non cisco device having FXS port I want that port to be connected to cisco rotuer and by using another FXO port int cisco router I wanna place a call generated by non cisco FXS port.

Sure, connect the non-Cisco FXS to a FXO on the router, and you can configure dial peers that would route calls out another FXO port.
