Hi, at the next url you can find the codes:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk1077/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094045.shtml#q931

Your code means a normal call clearing so I supposse it's not going to help you enough.

This url is very helpful because it tells you about troubleshooting a voip call.

Regards.

Hope this helps if so pls rate post

Dear Paul

Use the ISDN Cause Code, for CCAPI and ISDN are the same.

In this case : Cause Value=16 , 16 is Hexa and the table show :Number changed. The ISDN number used to set up the call is

not assigned to any system.

If you want, i can send to you a pdf with the table.

Sorry, in this case 16 is decimal value. Normal call clearing

Hi Christian, icabrera,

Thank you very much for your assistance. I am trying to read through the document.

Christian, I would be pleased if you can send me the ISDN cause code in PDF.

Thanks much,

Paul
