How to fix sip signaling port on Cisco 5400

I have setup SIP connection on Cisco5400 and I face the problem "no ringing and call failed when destination accepted a call".

I have investigated this case with my partner and I find something wrong on SIP call flow as below

Cisco 5400               Partner

58090 INVITE ->        5060

5060 <- 100 Trying     5060

5060 <- 183               5060

53493 PRACK ->       5060

My signaling port always changed when send the signaling and I want to fix SIP signaling port to solve this problem but I don't know how to fix it.

Commands are:

1. enable

2. configure terminal

3. voice service voip

4. sip

5. listen-port {non-secure | secure} port-number

Cisco uses 5060 as default.

These commands were introduced only in latest IOS versions and, if I correctly remember, are not supported from AS5400.

What IOS version is installed on your gateway?

Can you upgrade the IOS to 12.4 version?
