I NEED HANDSET TO HEADSET SWITCH THAT CONTAIN BUILT IN SPEAKER & MIC SO I CAN USE IT WITHOUT HEADSET

For the 7940/60's or which model phone?

Do you need the switch to have a speaker and mic? If so why won't the speakerphone work for this?

about your question yes i need the switch to have a builtin (mic & speaker) because this model have speaker only to monitor calls & the customer work in customer service so he need to be handfree to work with computers ;
