I have a PGW installed,I keep getting this alarm on the PGW; ISUP T15 expired for a particular customer signaling service.Calls were failing with disconnect cause of normal unspecified/normal call clearing, also

,few calls were connected with short duration.The PGW was configured in Signaling mode.

Make sure that you have configured the ISUP Timers correctly. To check ISUP Timers Supported by Each Protocol, refer http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/sc/rel9/prvgde/r9mmlchg.pdf
