I am doing a project regarding with ivr.I have a remote CISCO device(3745)and my server needs to connect with that server.I know the username,password and enable of cisco 3745.
My project is that a caller dials a number and is connected through the
PSTN or the IP network to a Cisco voice gateway(3745) that is configured as a
VoiceXML-enabled gateway.The vxml files residing on my
server(needs to connect with cisco).The voice gateway runs the VoiceXML document and responds to the
caller's input by playing the appropriate audio content.The gateway
executes the document, which prompts the user to respond either through
DTMF or spoken words.When the user submits the response, the gateway's
VoiceXML browser submits the response to the server,inturn server process
it.
I want to know detail about how cisco 3745 connects with my server(either through socket creation or any thing else).Please post your valuable replies.I tried most of the cisco 3745 doccuments and product sheet
