Preference 1 POTS Dial peer Outbound state is down

Currently have 3 x E1 PRI terminating for Outbound and Inbound on our 3845.

I have configured 3 x Preference POTS dial-peers for redundancy/load balancing purposes.

Not sure why, but my first preference POTS dial peers Outbound Status is DOWN for voice port 0/1/1:15 which is using c5510 DSP PVDM2-64 inside the chassis. For my preference 2 POTS dial-peer for port 3/0/0:15 is using the c549 DSP on NM-HDV the status is UP.

I checked the status of the voice-port and dial peers and there up and operational.

Is there something i am missing or misconfigured?

Please assist me on this one.

Thats fine! I think i figured the problem out. Let alone the dial peers down Our E1 controller is DOWN :-(.

Currently investigating the problem. Under the E1 controller receiving the following "Receiver is getting AIS". From what i can gather seems to relate to Telco switch issue.

i had the same problem using one 2811 with IOS 12.3.11T7 and i solve it upgrading to the 12.3.14T5.
