how can i forward digit from pbx to router(gateway)?
I must push twice numbering i want to call.
Please let me know the configure...

You are giving far insufficient information for your problem to be investigated.
How the PBX is connected to the router?
E1/T1 or via analog RJ-11 line?
What the debug says? Does the Cisco receive the DTMF digits correctly ?
