Can anybody help me? I have a VOIP adapter SPA 2102 that was working fine with my ADSL connection. My ISP change my router to a Fiber Optic Router. Since then I can´t dial number and I can´t hear nothing. I can get tone and the phone rings when someone is calling... please help.

If the phone rings, the SIP signaling is ok but if you don't have audio, there is a NAT issue.
Wath is the model of your ADSL router? And the model of new optical fiber router?
Can they support ALG feature?
ALG means Application Layer Gateway. An ALG router is able to adjust the SIP signaling to workaround the NAT issue.
Do you have open a trouble ticket to your provider?
Regards.

The Huawei ONT HG850 is an ALG router:
Support simple routing function (PPPOE/DHCP Server/NAT/ALG)
Ask to your provider to enable/disable SIP ALG function.
Regards.
