Hello all,
We are using the services of Nextiva for calling from Salesforce CRM.
So once we make a call from Salesforce using Nextiva's Go Integrator Application then it creates the call logs in salesforce.
But we also want to access the previous call logs, call recording and other information related to the specific Sales rep(Nextiva user).
We just got the document but not idea, how things are connected and working together.
If anyone who can add thoughts, would be much appreciated.
