I am using a cisco ISR 2951 router .
On a serial interface, when a caller calls a telephone no. that is already busy on another call, the channel goes into clear forward state.
I cant upgrade the OS, and commands like timeouts or busyout are also not working.
is there any way that i can manually free the channels.
