why don't you:
1. Start reading books (the Net is full of e-books and articles).
2. Tell your manager that you have "overwritten" your CV and you can not do what he is asking you for =)
Sorry for the offensive reply, but:
1. You are posting 1-2 questions every week (and to get a reply, someone should write at least a page of reply.
2. You never rate the people for their efforts to answer you.
