I have an SPA2102-R1 (ser no. CF500M726350, firmware v5.2.12) that I got from one VOIP service provider (ACN), and that I'm trying to keep while I switch to another VOIP service provider (Teksavvy). ACN put passwords on my SPA that are making it very difficult for me to change the SIP and proxy settings to map to the new service provider. I have tried both "factory reset" and "user factory reset" successfully, but neither removes the administrator password. How can I either reset or bypass the administrator password, or otherwise gain access to the settings inside my SPA to point it to the new SIP and proxy server?
