Using csim start - call simulation tool

Hello.

If i make a call using csim start command, i'm sure the simulation work properly or not.

and the error message was displayed.

csim err csimDisconnected recvd DISC cid(9218)

Howc can i troubleshoot this issue?

Csim start should ideally work. Is the gateway H.323 or mgcp.

If mgcp make sure you add destination pattern.

If h.323 then its could be a dial peer issue. Check configuration for that. You can log debug voice ccapi inout and then do a csim start. Once the api timesout, you can do a show log to see what it matched.

Let me know the dialpeers and call flow.

if i make a call using csim start, the call didn't connect. i don't find any log eventhough i alreday configured debug isdn q931. at this time, if i make call using phone, the call work properly.

i don't think the problem caused by dial-plan.

because i can make a call using normal phone.
