I need to delete voice messages in IP phones from an outside application I managed to do it with user UnityMsgStoreSvc and password but in customer site they do not remember the password for this user so I can not delete messages.
How can I get a new user or how can I create a new user with the same privilegies so I can delete messages in inbox for any user I want
