VOIP problems

I'm currently deploying a VOIP from a branch office with an existing VOIP at the HQ, I could place a call from own end BO clear, but could not receive from the HQ, I changed from an FXO to an FXS but still the same problem.

I wonder if someone could make a suggestion of what the problem could be from HQ or from my end.I suppose my configs are perfect.So there should be no problems. but still I can not receive from them.

Pls help.

What is happening in HQ side when they are trying to call you?Just silent or ringing tone?

Also please support "debug voice ccaip inout" from the BR side for see if the call coming from the HQ side or not.
