Where to start with VOIP implementation

Hello Everyone,

W e are medium sized business and are seriously thinking going VOIP. We have an existing analogue PBX system which we would like to keep and hopefully should work with the Cisco commmunications solutions. The big question is what do i need to know and get. Please help
