I need help from the community Cisco. I run a +40 people Call Center for almost 3 years now. I use 7 modules of Cisco VoIP 8ports Technology Gateway , and 7 Broadband Internet connections using Wireless-N ADSL2+ (10Mb download/ 1Mb upload). We are located in Sénégal (West Africa).
I work with prodosec Canada. A canadian VOIP call provider.
And unfortunately, since the beginning, we face lots of problems. We need to reboot several times a days. All our calls are systematically down. I'm confused ...
