7841 3PCC LDAP error connecting to server

Hi, I've got a problem with the LDAP client on my 7841s not being able to connect to the LDAP server (on Windows Server 2012 AD). It will actually bind successfully (bindResponse success reported by capturing packets on the phone) but, right after that, the phone will send an ACK and a FIN,ACK packets to the LDAP Server and it will respond with an ACK and a RST,ACK packets and that's it. 

 

I have no problem using other clients (e.g. linux ldapvi command with same user/pass/base will retrieve the whole LDAP contents correctly). Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Replying myself (and future others): check your LDAP filters. Errors there lead to connection errors to the LDAP service!
