All,
We have a paging group of roughly 40 phones. 2 of the phones included in this group are 7921G wireless hadnsets. Neither of the wireless phones base stations intercom seem to either be configured or working. Are the 7921's able to give an audible page like the rest of the phones, is this something I need to enable, and if so how?

Did you configure with CCA 2.2.4?
Did you notice if 'paging-dn x unicast' is applied to the ephone used by the 7921?

Thanks for the response. The current CCA installed is 2.2(1), but the system has been in place almost a year. I believe
they were originally configured with 2.1.8.
Here is a copy of the ephone-dn for 1 of the 2 phones.

Would simply adding "paging-dn x unicast" resolve it?

Yes, I would like for you to try this....
to the EPHONE (not ephone-dn). I edited my reply (sorry).
Lets say it was page group 103.... and the wifi model phone was ephone 2. Then CCA 2.2.4 does this..... Ignore the other ehones

Thank you so much! Simply adding the 'unicast' to the end of the paging-dn 1 line and restarting them did resolve the issue.
