After recently upgrading a UC520 to 8.0.2 a remote phone that was connecting fine via an IPSEC site to site vpn will not longer connect. It hangs on updating local. I have built a VPN from this remote users home to a different location with a UC520 still running 7.0.3 and the phone registers fine.
I believe it has something to do with the phone load. The phone load on the UC520 that has not been upgraded..and to which the phone connects fine is: 7.16
the phone load on the UC520 that has been upgraded is 7.79 (this is the one that will not load)
I would like advice on the best way to replace just the 7975 phone load on the UC520 running 8.0.2...is this something that can be done?
or is there something eles I can try.
Thanks for your help!
