We have a customer that currently switched to VOIP phones. There old phone (Panasonic TDR100) system had a intercom and receptionist phone that had that triggered the door lock release. I hooked up the ATA and removed the 4 wires going to the PBX that goes to the door lock. I tried crimping down on a RJ11 and plugging into port 1 of the ATA and this will only ring when called. It will not trigger the door to release. Am i missing something here.
