ATA SPA122

I have a spa122 and I cannot get into It via web. It indicates that it's IP is 192.168.1.151. It recognized it but won't connect. I tried the IVR menu and on some options it gives me "invalid option" such as 7932.

I have factory reset it several times. Are there any suggestions for getting to the web interface?

1. Whats the exact value of PID-VID (printed on the bottom sticker) ?

2. You must connect to the LAN port of the SPA122 not WAN port. Access to administration is forbidden by default from WAN side. For WWW access use IP of LAN port, not WAN port.

On LAN port you need to use LAN IP address, not the WAN one. Did you tried it ?

I have not been able to login by any means. Is there a way to tell if it is broke?
