I have an SPA122 ATA w/router which has been working fine. I use VOIP.MS to provide telephone access. Recently, I changed my email and password with VOIP.MS which resulted in no dial tone. They indicated that I needed to access the firmware on the SPA and change the login/password? I used the telephone handset to get the IP address. When I put the IP in the browser it would not access the set-up menu.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
