ATA192 Help Section Missing

Comparing an older SPA122 (v1.3.1 (003) ) and a ATA192 (v11-1-0MPP0401-002) the "Help" section in the top right corner of the GUI is missing. While I understand that I can use the admin guide and provisioning guide, why would they remove a help section for quick reference?
