Hi All,
Below is my setup.
- 4 direct FXO incoming lines
- Reception extension 101 rings whenever receiving any incoming calls.
- Call will be directed to AUTO_ATTENDANT, after 12 seconds no pick up.
AUTO_ATTENDANT DAY TIME (8am – 5.30pm)
“Thank you for calling CompanyXX. If you know your party’s extension, you may dial it now. To reach our receptionist dial 2”
- Dial 2:- Rings Receptionist, if no pick up will trigger call hunting sequentially at ext 102 -> 103 -> 104 ->end
AUTO_ATTENDANT NIGHT TIME (5.30pm to 8am)
“Thank you for calling CompanyXX. We are closed presently. Please call back during our office hours; Monday – Friday, 8am to 5.30pm. Thank you”
Currently we are having a problem.
Whenever direct lines are busy/engaged. Auto Attendant will answer with the prompt :"Thank you for calling CompanyXX. We are closed presently". Why is that?
How should i go about correcting it
If lines are busy, playback another prompt saying "Line is currently busy call back again later"
Attached is my currently config which involves only Daytime AA and NightTime AA.
We do not see any other configuration tabs to configure as per our requirement
Please advise on where i can configure "LINE BUSY/ENGAGE Prompt"
