Autoattendant in CCA 3.0 cryptic message there must be a file renamed to a prompt name that already exists you must enter a different name.

I am trying to configure the AA from the CCA - every time I try to use aa_sbcs_v02..aef or even _v03 then I get the above message .. it is not clear and I can find no reference in the guide as to what is the issue.

Sorted out my own problem, refreshed the prompt management field and there were duplicates of each standard wav file - deleted the oldest versons and it works. Perhaps we could look at a more helpful error message ?
