Becoming a SIP trunk service providor

We are interested in getting listed in CCA as a sip providor for easy installation by customers.  I've tried looking for documentation on what the process is to do this but can't find much of anything.  How do we go about becoming a "designated" SIP service providor within CCA?

To become a designated SIP trunk service provider does require meeting a few requirements in terms of QoS, deployment methodology, geographic region etc. We can however provide an XML template that you can upload into CCA - please go through the link below and provide the info:
